WSET tasting

“Wine accompanies you in every precious moment of your life.

My greatest joy is to build relationships with our visitors, guiding them through our world and their tasting, and sharing emotions that last long after the last sip."

Ismaël

Winemaker

“Each wine I create is a delicate expression of our terroir. But behind this delicacy, make no mistake: my character is as strong as my convictions. I ardently defend our tradition and our art.

Every day, I cherish our terroir with the greatest care, because I firmly believe that the quality of our wines lies in the health of our vines.

For us, the vine is much more than just a plant: it is the symbol of our commitment to nature, our respect for our wine heritage and our passion for the art of making wine.

Nous cultivons nos vignes en bonne intelligence avec la nature, adoptant des pratiques respectueuses de l'environnement. Une approche où la préservation de la biodiversité et le respect des écosystèmes sont au cœur de nos préoccupations.

The quality of a wine lies first in the quality of the berries. Our mountain viticulture, with its non-mechanizable terraced vines, is a testament to our artisanal and meticulous work, where every gesture is imbued with respect and passion.

THE VINE

The secrets of a respectful culture

OUR HISTORY

Why “The Tambourine”?

red winemaker's hand

We place the utmost importance on a healthy and meticulous harvest. By harvesting grapes of the highest quality, we minimize handling in the cellar, thus preserving the integrity and authenticity of our wines.

Each vintage is the fruit of the harmonious marriage between our magical terroir and the talent of the winemaker, thus magnifying each glass of wine that we have the pleasure of sharing with you.

Our approach focuses on the meticulous work of the berries, favoring a vinification that allows each grape variety to fully express itself. We believe in simplicity and elegance in our wines, avoiding any superfluous artifice.
